  6. El sofrito para la carne ya listo en una sartén grande agregar la carne mezclar bien con los aliños agregar el agua con la que se cocino la carne tapar y a fuego bajo cocinar por 10 minutos (yo le pongo salsa inglesa) sal al gusto.
  7. Cortar el plátano en tajadas y freír que queden doradas.
  8. Freír el huevo (a mi me gusta la yema blandita).
  9. Cortar el aguacate.
  10. Ya por último servir rallar el queso y colocar encima de las caraotas, espero les guste.
