Escurrimos medio bote de judías cocidas, lo introducimos en el vaso de la batidora, añadimos el aguacate troceado, el zumo de limón y aderezamos con sal, aceite y pimienta al gusto. Trituramos y rectificamos el aderezo de aceite, pimienta y sal, adaptándolo a nuestro paladar.
  2. Untamos 4 rebanadas de pan de molde con esta salsa y cortamos en cuatro cuadraditos cada rebanada.
  3. Preparamos mi habitual salsa de tomate troceando un tomate, introduciéndolo en el vaso de la batidora, con aceite, sal al gusto y lo triturándolo.
  4. Untamos las dos rebanadas restantes de pan de molde por una de sus caras con esta salsa, cortando cada rebanada en diagonal, formando cuatro triángulos con cada rebanada.
  5. Solo nos resta repartir los trocitos de rebanada en dos platos, sobre las rebanadas untadas con tomate repartimos la lata de atún.
  6. La rebanadas cortadas a cuadraditos y untadas con la salsa de judías y aguacate cubrimos la mitad con sardinillas y la otra mitad con foie gras. Que aproveche.
