Sobre la cebolla y el tomate: os indico que la mitad de cada uno. Cada cebolla y tomate tienen un tamaño y no todos son iguales. Mejor echar más tomate que cebolla. Si son del mismo tamaño, pues medio tomate y un poco menos de la mitad de la cebolla. Acordaros: más tomate que cebolla.

Consejo:

Para conservar el guacamole lo mejor es meterlo en la nevera tapado en un tupper de cristal junto con la semilla del aguacate que hemos reservado, esta hará que no se ponga feo.

Si la hemos tirado, como me pasa casi siempre, lo que hago es meterlo en el tupper de cristal, tapar a piel con el film transparente, lo tapo con la tapa del tupper y a la nevera.

¿Qué es tapar a piel? Es tapar nuestro alimento (salsa, crema, etc) con film transparente. El film está en contacto directo con el alimento, tapando toda su superficie con el fin de protegerlo contra el oxígeno para que no se seque u oxide.

  1. 2 Aguacates maduros (piel marrón, no excesivamente maduro)
  2. 1/2 Cebolla
  3. 1/2 Tomate
  4. 1/2 limón exprimido
  5. Al gusto Hojas Cilantro fresco

  1. Picamos en trozos pequeños la cebolla y el tomate. Apartamos.
  2. Pelamos el aguacate y lo echamos en un bol. Reservamos la semilla del aguacate aparte.
  3. Con un tenedor vamos aplastando el aguacate hasta conseguir un puré.
  4. Añadimos la cebolla, el tomate. Mezclamos.
  5. Añadimos la sal, el cilantro picado y el zumo de limón. Mezclamos.
  6. Probamos y si nos gusta, ¡a comer!, si no, habrá que añadir un poco más del sabor que nos falte.
